And on the 6th day of Christmas....

Otis ate the tree!

Well....we knew at some point Otis was going to remember how fun the Christmas tree was.....and needless to say~ the tree lasted 6 days...I must say, I'm Impressed!

Let me tell you now....Otis has a temper! And when he wants to do something, He wants to Do it Right now!! He's very persistent!

No, we're Not hurting him......we're trying to get him out of the lights without getting attacked!!
He managed to pull off the whole bottom layer of branches and was fighting the bf over them......He was having too much fun chewing on everything!!
......See my Tree!!
And just look at our Angel!! (That would be the Barbie in the blue dress that is hanging on for her life!!) Not to mention all the presents on the floor that Otis cleared out, too!
Dang gone it! This is My tree!!!

.....No, it's Otis' tree!! LOL
Merry Christmas!!

I'm thinking Otis is going to be finding coal in his stocking :)

I still love you Otis!

Katie- thank you so much for the mini ornaments- I love them and already have a few in the house....but even more I really really love the little prints! Now I am going to have to learn how to make a picture frame! Bernard has already told me he wants a couple of them for his house :) Merry Christmas to you and your family and all the kitties!!!

Bad bad kitty! I'm sure glad mine don't bother my tree! Perhaps it is because they are too FAT to jump up there?? :)

Oh Otis! You and my cat Rascals would get along GREAT!

We don't have a tree....my back problems are too bad at this point, but when we did, Rascals had a bad habit of wanting to climb out tree, chew on the branches, and play eat the ornaments. Did it matter she is missing her front claws? NOPE. Right up the tree she went.

Luckily, my son understands about no tree this year. Thank goodness for the understanding of teenagers!

Smiles!

Wow, at least you know your tree is safe from intruders... :0

Thanks a bunch for lovely Christmas card and photos. They're lovely and I can't wait to get my house finished so I can put them up.

Katie, this is so funny... thank you for showing us. Brings back good memories, the times we had to rescue one of the cats from the tree (or the other way around).
