Looking for a Graffiti Artist!!!

I'm back....my son and I were sitting here discussing ideas about our miniature shops, when he came up with an amazing idea. We have been working on a Miniature skate shop for some time....another one of those things I got side tracked from.......but we were sitting here talking about how to finish off the outside of the room box. I suggested doing some kind of beach house. But, his idea is much better....he suggested that we cover the outside to look like a brick building with graffiti on the outside! I love it, how creative.......living by the beach, we have a lot of buildings with ART on the out side! Just when I thought I'd never be able to figure out what to do, the kid solves the problem.....Now to find a graffiti artist that can do something great in miniature......

I love your idea!!! That would look so cool.I wish I knew a good one for you. You know if you found a good picture of something you liked you could probably photo shop it on the side too. Can't wait to see whatever you do :)

You could do the graffiti yourself! Just keep doing layers of stuff. Use rubber stamps and stencils, drip paint on it, use metallic pens, a mister bottle with paint or ink in it, etc. etc. You can go online to find out the right kind of lettering and colors. You could even make some clay mini spray cans to 'leave at the scene'! Bet your boy would love to help!

Cool idea! Doing brick or stucco on the outside first? That will look cool and lots you can play with. You're an artist, so I bet you come up with something neat! There was a mini scrapbook shop one of the miniaturists made that she put stickers on the outside over brick paper. A good effect.
Btw, nice new blog design.
