Ok, enough of that crud....let's talk minis........I made a few shelves for Cora's kitchen. All of them are made out of balsa wood...and none of them had patterns.. I just kind of wing it as I go......and it seems to work.
I started out building a shelf for above the sink......
Then I decided that I needed a long shelf over the fridge, but long enough to reach all the way down to where the stove is.
Then, when I went back and looked, I noticed that the space in between the door and the stove needed something......and out came a pantry.
They still need a final coat of white, and a sealer.........but I think it will give Cora plenty of room to 'house' her kitchen belongings.

Wow,what a great job you did on those shelves. Your kitcken looks like it's shaping up nicely. I never tried to build shelves or anything for my houses.I guess I might give it a try. I'd love to see your kitchen when it's done.
Smiles, Sue
Katie! The shelves look great. Good winging!!!
Those shelves look terrific. I have never really built anything yet but I want to start as I need shelves in several areas. I hope mine turn out half as good as yours did. Great job.
